FAQ
Find clear answers. If you need more detail, reach out—we prefer thoughtful questions to quick pitches.
- How long do I keep access to self-paced courses?
- Self-paced courses include lifetime access with updates. Cohorts include all recordings and templates after the live sessions conclude.
- What’s the difference between “Beginner” and “Advanced” here?
- Beginner focuses on fundamentals: core loops, rules clarity, and light probability. Advanced covers balancing multi-system euros, component economics, and production constraints.
- Do you offer certificates?
- Yes. Complete all assignments and pass the capstone review to receive a certificate of completion. It details modules, workload, and instructor signatures.
- What is your refund policy?
- Self-paced courses: 14-day refund if under 20% progress. Cohorts: full refund up to 7 days before start; 50% refund before the second live session; no refunds after.
- How much time should I reserve weekly?
- Most learners schedule 3–5 hours per week. Cohorts add a 90-minute live session and 1 hour for critique.
- Are playtesting sessions included?
- Selected cohorts run structured live playtests. Self-paced courses include a facilitation guide and printable sheets to run your own sessions.
- Will these courses help me pitch to publishers?
- Yes. We cover pitch decks, BOMs, manufacturing specs, and typical review timelines. We never promise acceptance—publishers decide independently.
- Do you cover digital tabletop tools?
- We include tutorials for Tabletop Simulator modules and digital prototyping, keeping a paper-first stance for speed and clarity.
- What accessibility practices do you follow?
- We design for readability: high-contrast palettes, large type, clear iconography examples, and alt-flows for color-dependent information.
