Keenstream Atelier provides educational content, cohorts, and community features for board game designers. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use data.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and maintain the security of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Payments and Refunds
Prices are listed in USD and may change. Refunds follow our published policy: Self-paced—14 days if under 20% progress; Cohorts—full refund up to 7 days before start, 50% before the second live session, none thereafter.
4. Course Content and License
Subject to payment of fees, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the courses for your own learning. You may not share, resell, or publicly distribute course materials.
5. Acceptable Use
- No unlawful, infringing, or harassing activity
- No attempts to circumvent access controls or copy-protection
- No interference with the site’s operation or other users’ access
6. Intellectual Property
All course content, branding, and materials are owned by Keenstream Atelier or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding conflicts of law principles. Venue for disputes shall be the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
